To disable an entry point a model must spend the whole turn doing nothing. Tyranid always have initiative. Every turn, we roll 2 dice to randomly select 2 entry points, and roll for the tyranid force.

Sadly, no photos toward the end. In summary, the Scorpions played the firefighter role, rushing and assisting melee whenever they could, killing genestealers. The losses of the defenders were minimum and the last holes secured by having 1 model destroying it while genestealer were fighting escort.
